These terms govern use of the Studio Shellerplummets website (shellerplummets.wtf) and booking of tea shop services described here. By contacting us or using the site, you agree under the laws of Norway.

• Descriptions of tea shop work on this site are informational. Final scope, pricing, and timing for Studio Shellerplummets are confirmed at intake or in writing to hello@this site.
• This terms page on this site is maintained by the studio; email hello@this site if a step looks outdated for Bergen.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Daily 10:00–21:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via hello@this site so the slot can reopen.

Liability for services at the studio is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Norway law. Non-waivable consumer rights in Bergen remain intact.

• Our tea shop desk explains terms before tools leave the shelf and favour fewer parallel jobs during busy weeks. Receipts are available on request.
• Returning visitors can skip the full tea shop intake when notes are on file using honest lead times rather than same-day promises when the bench is full. Ask for the tea shop lead if the queue splits.
